Something to consider. It’s a simple question but one that may play in the back of our minds.
What’s missing for you?
When are you willing to step outside your comfort zone and be a truth slayer with your coach you can understand blind spots and see with renewed clarity and a new perspective with Diabetics Trust.
There are no promises but we all want to navigate from a more grounded place that does not try to appear infallible and allows us to be all of who we are with the freedom to ask for what we need, manifest what we desire and negotiate new agreements in our life and relationships. Our family of origin is where it all begins and is the key to understanding who we are, what drives us, our strengths, gifts, weaknesses, fears, desires and what is missing for us at different times in our lives.
We are all fallible, imperfect and human and that is normal. Learning how to be consciously self-aware gives us the advantage when expressing ourselves and seeking to understand another. Coaching gives tools in that effort.
It is true that our needs are basically things we must have to survive as described by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. However, our emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual needs are as individual as we are different from one another and has much to do with who we partner with and why, what triggers us and fulfills us.
Love is what we all desire. We fall in love with a human being, not a punch list of character traits. It is how someone makes us feel. If is knowing what our love language is and that of our partner and being responsible to our own self and others.
Coaching is a dynamic exchange to consider and a gift to yourself. If not now, then when?
