What’s Included in Our Online DBT Class?
Conveniently Held Online
This class is entirely online via Zoom, and will be held weekly in a group environment.
This is a DBT Skills teaching group, not a process group.
In this DBT Skills Overview class you will gain skills to help you cope with life. A significant part will be placed upon challenging your thoughts while learning to understand and accept them non-judgementally.
Handouts will be provided for each class and it is also recommended that you purchase the workbook DBT® Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets, Second Edition Second Edition, (Spiral-Bound Paperback).
Group Chat
There will be group chat prior to the start of the class. It’s a great way to engage and get to know your fellow attendees.
There will also be question and answers as part of the class where students can participate.
Participation is optional.

Kristen Trolenberg, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years experience in individual and couples counseling and over 18 years experience as a DBT class facilitator.
My specialties are

- Relationship/Couples Counseling
I work with clients using a mindfulness-based holistic approach to create customized programs based on their individual needs. I’m passionate about helping people improve their lives and relationships.
