With training and experience in the mental health field, I shifted professional focus to life coaching to better utilize my specialties in wellness training and provide you solution-focused results.
If you are struggling with health concerns, body image, grief, lack of focus or anxiety issues, I am here to coach you through those challenges and provide tools that help you achieve a healthy level of self-care and self awareness. In doing so, you can improve stress management skills, overall wellness, mood, focus, confidence and your relationships.
Through compassion training, solution-focused health and wellness coaching and a solid background in yoga and mindfulness, I am committed to helping you achieve the results in your life you desire. I am also a certified yoga instructor and currently host retreats and instruct self-exploration and mindfulness trainings.
