Toya Hauf, LCSW brings a results-oriented approach to helping improve your mood, self-esteem, relationships, and productivity. As a social worker, she utilizes a strengths-based perspective to support you in achieving your goals for change. She has a background in acute-care mental health so has experience working with severe mental health disorders in addition to helping those with mood disorders. She finds satisfaction in working with people who need support in navigating life changes, from young adults transitioning into independence to older adults navigating caring for their elderly parents or those who are solo aging. She has a strong belief in dying with dignity so is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate end of life challenges.

Toya understands that therapy is not a “one size fits all.”  Her belief in meeting people where they are guides her person-centered, integrative approach to therapy thus she uses different modalities to support her clients’ efforts for change. Her goal always is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space in which people can do the work necessary to achieve and maintain wellbeing and reach fulfillment.
