Nehal Outlaw is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Nehal is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
She received specialized yoga teacher training for mental health professionals which allows for the integration of yoga with individuals and groups. She is an enormous advocate for the importance of both mental and physical well-being. In her social work career, she has worked as a therapist at Dorothea Dix Hospital, Wake County Public Department of Health, Wake County Mental Health Center, Depaul-Tulane inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit, and also worked with social work students as a field instructor, adjunct faculty, and undergraduate adviser at NC State University.
Nehal’s treatment approach includes work with individuals, couples, groups and families providing holistically oriented, mind-body emotional and behavioral health care.
